My name is Fahad Saddam, and I work with Boultwood Associates in the UAE. My exposure to Claims management services has helped me understand how construction claims can involve a mixture of project events, contractual responsibilities, and commercial considerations. I enjoy looking into the background of an issue, understanding the information available, and seeing how different factors can influence the position of a project. Working with experienced professionals has helped me develop a more organized approach to complex matters and improve my commercial awareness. I’m continuing to build practical knowledge through varied construction and project-related work.
